Terms of Service
Article 1 (Scope)
These terms govern the use of the incense-making workshop "TSUTSUMU" (the "Service") operated by KALEIDO LLC (the "Company"). By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
Article 2 (Reservations)
1. The Service requires advance reservations. 2. Reservations can be made via the website form, email, or Instagram DM. 3. A confirmation will be sent via email or Instagram DM after booking. 4. Same-day reservations: please contact us by phone, Instagram DM, or email.
Article 3 (Cancellation & Changes)
1. Up to 3 days before: Free cancellation/rescheduling 2. Up to 1 day before: 50% cancellation fee 3. Same day: 100% cancellation fee 4. No-shows are subject to the same-day cancellation fee. 5. Please contact us via email (info@tsutsumu-incense.com) or Instagram DM.
Article 4 (Pricing & Payment)
1. Experience fee: ¥3,500 (tax incl.) per person 2. Engraving option: +¥500 (tax incl.) 3. Payment accepted on the day: cash or credit card.
Article 5 (The Experience)
1. Duration is approximately 60 minutes. 2. All tools and materials are provided. 3. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time. 4. Significant lateness may result in a shortened experience. 5. All creations can be taken home.
Article 6 (Important Notes)
1. Please inform us of any fragrance allergies when booking. 2. Photography/video during the experience is welcome, as long as it does not disturb other guests. 3. Photos/videos taken by staff may be used for promotional purposes on SNS and our website.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1. The experience may be cancelled due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund. 2. The Company is not liable for injuries or damages caused by the guest's own negligence during the experience.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may update these terms as needed. Updated terms take effect upon posting on this website.
